By downloading or using the AnyScribe iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
AnyScribe transcribes audio and video content into text using AI. Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed and results are provided as-is. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to transcribe the content you submit.
3. Credits and Purchases
Transcription credits are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app to infringe copyright, violate the terms of third-party platforms, or process unlawful content. We may suspend access for abuse of the service.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
